Our Core Capabilities
Powder Coating
When it comes to aesthetics and protection there’s plain old paint and then there’s powder coating. Harder, faster, more even coverage, and any color you’ll need.
Press Brake
Mechanical and hydraulic presses in every imaginable size allow us to fill any type of high volume order. Punching, flattening, and custom forming.
Tube Bending & Slotting
We can slot, pierce, bend and form a variety of sizes and shapes of tubing and blanks. We’ll help you determine which method fits your needs.
Tool & Die
Our fully equipped tool room includes: wire EDM, surface grinders and both CNC and manual mills. We design and build all types of dies in-house reducing lead times and ensuring quality.
Welding
Whether it’s seam welding our own house made tubing, or creating a sub-assembly to save time in your production line, we implement welding in many forms.
Flat Laser
Sheet steel laser can cut many different materials and thicknesses.
Tube Laser
We have a 360 degree fully automated laser that cuts tubing to length while also adding holes or complex cutout designs - all in a 1 step process.
